Reservations
We recommend reserving items as soon as you have an idea of what you need. As your event approaches we can
adjust your order as needed.
A 50% reservation deposit is required on all reservations. The remainder is due 48 hours
before delivery or pickup. Orders cancelled after booking but before 14 days of event are subject to a 25% cancellation
fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less before event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Rental Policy
Prices are based on each and are subject to change. Customers are responsible for any damaged or loss of rental
items. Linens must be returned free of candle wax, burns, holes, stains or any damage rendering the linen unrentable.
All dishes glassware and flatware are to be returned rinsed and in their original containers.
Delivery
Delivery service is available. Delivery location must be accessible within 15 feet of our trucks, and must be at ground
floor location. A delivery upcharge may be assessed if the delivery location does not meet these requirements. After
use, all items to be picked up must be placed at the original drop-off location neatly stacked and returned to original
containers.

Set-up
Set-up and break-down services are available and will be quoted upon request. Arrangements for special services
must be made prior to the event.
Replacement Costs
Customer is charged replacement costs for breakage and missing items including packing crates and boxes.
